Usage
[ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿ]This template is intended to be used on pages in the index and page namespaces where they are part of a Wikisource translation into English from another language. It takes one variable, which is either unnamed or named language, and contains the language code of the original work.
- Example use
- For pages that are originally in Swahili:
{{Page translation|language=sw}}- or just
{{Page translation|sw}}
The template should be put in the "footer" section of the relevant Index page.
Effects
[ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿ]The template will categorize the pages and indices into relevant categories which are subcategories of either Category:Translated pages or Category:Translated indexes depending on the namespace. If a category doesn't exist for the language you're translating from yet, create it based on the categories which already exist there.
