RULE 13th. RULE 14th. When a word has one of the following consonants, viz. 5 55 E or 25, for it's penultimate letter, and is followed by a word commencing with the consonant o, the initial consonant of the subsequent word, and also the final vowel, and the penultimate letter of the antecedent word, are destroyed, and the aspirated letters as ? ఫ్ఫ్స్డ్ © or of are substituted for Digitized by Google
