RULE 4th. COLI When Sanscrit nouns terminating in Ex or ers are introduced into the Carnáțaca language, the final vowel is shortened ; as (Tiabris, w, aurre యు a leadinan, లక్ష్మీ, లక్ష్మియు the goddess y riches, స్ట్రయం డ్రూ, స్టయం శిశువు Bramha, థూ, వధువు a woman.
